I've been pretty down lately and wondering how I was gonna find something every day that puts a smile on my face and makes me happy. Unfortunately it comes at a difficult time but the thing that makes me happy today is actually witnessing a nurse that TRULY does care about actually listens to her residents. (She might kill me when she sees that I took her picture! Haha)
