Today as I was walking down the hall at my second job I saw a nice collage on the wall that had my picture on it with one of my favorite residents! It was taken on his birthday 101yr old.

Something that has always made me extremely happy is music! I love that you can just lose yourself in it and just Jam! Or forget about a bad day or even make a great day better! Today even though I had to work 12 hours I had such a good ride between my two jobs listening to music!

I've been looking at new shoes lately for the gym....If you know me I'd rather have new workout stuff then 'going out' clothes. Everytime I see pictures of sneakers like these I want to get new shoes! Haha so today this made me so happy!

Knowing that it's Valentines Day and everyone feeling like that HAVE to prove they love that person doesn't settle well with me. I think this is something you should be doing everyday, but it is nice to have a day that people can go all out. I'm excited to go into work and give my two favorite valentines these roses! Working at a nursing home I think it's important to make the residents feel special! And these two have pulled on the heart strings.

Today was a snow day for us....normally I would take a picture of the snow (because we got nailed with a lot this storm) however I decided to get caught up on my DVR which is only The Ellen show haha...but she had Cameron Diaz on today, and I'm not sure but her description of her book spoke to me. So I ordered it on my nook! I'm only 23 pages in but so far I like it :)

Remember when you were a kid and you would lay outside and try to find different things in the sky out of the clouds. I tend to do that with everything. Haha Today I happened to look up at my ceiling in my bathroom and saw this heart. The little things make me smile. :)
